Definest CBD OIL  subscriptions are available in 1,2,3,4 bottle packs, delivered every month. You can choose from 150mg, 300mg  or 500mg strength and any flavour combination including, apple, guava, mango, sambuca or pina colada.

Definest CBD  Capsule subscriptions are Available in the following quantities, 30 capsules for one month, 90 tablets for 3 months, based on taking one per day.

If you want the recommended daily dose, of 3 capsules per day, the subscription is 93 capsules for one month and 280 capsules for 3 months.

Choose from our  18.5 mg capsules or 42.5mg capsules. Strengths listed are amount per capsule.

Definest CBD subscriptions are available in monthly or three monthly increments for all customers.  You will be billed monthly or every three months for up to bottles of CBD oil in either 150mg or 300mg strength, and your choice of flavour(s).  You can also choose to receive our CBD balm, paste, gummies or capsules every month, please see product listings for more details

DEFINEST CBD will post your CBD products each month, without you having to do anything, but set up your initial subscription.

How do I Set up a Subscription?

• Head to our subscription page (insert link) and choose your products.
• Choose your strength of CBD oil (150mg , 300mg or 500mg) and which flavour(s) you would like, or choose your CBD capsule strength 18.5mg or 42.5 mg, CBD paste (13 or 17%), CBD balm or gummies (@ 15mg per sweet), please see product pages for more detail.
• Click the ‘Add Subscription to Cart’ button then head to the checkout to specify your delivery address and payment details
• log in omce a month , to enter your payment details
• Click the ‘Subscribe Now’ button at the checkout, and you’re all good to go!

• We will take payment at the amount specified, from the credit/debit card you specify.

When Will My Subscription Start/End

Your subscription will start when you place your first order and will continue until you (or we) cancel it.

I’m Running Out Of My Definest CBD Products – Can I Bring Forward the Date of My Renewal?

If you want to renew your subscription earlier than your next renewal date, click the ‘Renew Now’ button.

When you click this button, a popup window will open with a ‘Pay Now’ button. Click this to process your order.

This window will also detail your next renewal date which will continue to be the original monthly renewal day.

If you want to bring any future renewals forward, please contact us and we can change your renewal day for you.

What Happens if My Subscription Renewal Fails/My Payment Declines?

If a renewal payment declines but you have available funds in your bank account, it might be that there is an error with the payment details.

You can manually pay for your subscription renewal by going to your account, clicking on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, scrolling down to the ‘Related Orders’ section and clicking on the ‘Pay’ button next to the failed order.

You’ll then be prompted to go through the checkout, much like placing a regular order.

If you haven’t manually paid for your renewal order, we will automatically attempt to process it again 12 hours later.

If we still weren’t able to process the payment, we will try one more time 24 hours later. If this also fails, your subscription will go to ‘On Hold’ status.

If the payment has failed because the card you used to set up your subscription has expired/been cancelled, please see ‘What happens if my credit/debit card expires’ below.

My Subscription Renewal is Due But I Don’t Yet Need It

You can pause your subscription by clicking the ‘Suspend’ button. Your subscription will then be set to ‘On Hold’ status. You can then re-activate the subscription when you choose by going to the Subscriptions tab in your account and clicking ‘Reactivate’.

What Happens if my Credit/Debit Card Expires or I Get a New Card?

NOTE YOU MUST, SIGN IN ONCE A MONTH TO YOUR ACCOUNT, AND ENTER YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS, TO ENABLE THE SMOOTH RUNNING , OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE.

Regrettably, at present, we are unable to support changing payment details for an active subscription. You will need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one if your payment details have changed.

How do I change my Delivery Address?

Please make sure that you update your address before your next renewal order has been processed. Go to the ‘Addresses’ tab in your account to change your delivery address, and this will automatically update the address for your next subscription renewal.

Can I Change the Strength or Flavor of my CBD Oil Subscription?

Of course, you can! You can switch the strength or flavor of your CBD oil subscription at any time by clicking the ‘Switch Subscription’ button within the Subscriptions area of your account.

Please note that you can only switch between flavors and strengths of the same subscription, if you would like to change the number of CBD Oils/Capsules/balm/paste/gummies,  you receive each month, you will need to cancel your current subscription and set up a new one.

How do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account, clicking on the Subscriptions tab and clicking the cancel button underneath your subscription details.
